CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of one night’s accommodation
when booking direct through Balboa website.
We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance in order to
protect yourselves from unforseen circumstances that might arise. Every
effort will be made to rent the apartment after cancellation and should
this happen we will cheerfully refund this amount to you.
